Five for 5. They’re always efficient and very kind. They honor coupons and discounts, offer free top ups on all fluids, and have even passed out bottled water to customers during the especially hot days of the year while THEY’RE the ones working outside. A couple oil changes ago they made me aware of a leak in my fluids immediately so I could get that taken care of by my mechanic. I’ve been coming here for years. My latest visit I was taken care of by Andrew who made sure I knew my options and benefits at Take 5.
I have been going to this Take 5 since they opened almost 10 years ago and they aways have good customer service, but I have not had great customer service and kindness since Skyler the old manager a couple years ago. This young man did an oil change on my 1997 Toyota 4Runner, and was very kind, very knowledgeable and thorough and his customer service was amazing, his name is Jacoby H, at store # 149. Thank you Take 5, for training these young men to be proud of the work.
Jacoby was such a nice and helpful worker. I like that I can fill my fluids there between oil changes. Otherwise I would find somewhere else because it is a little bit on the pricey side. But they do have really good service so I'm going to give it a five star. It's expensive out there everywhere so I can't pick on Take 5. I do appreciate that they give opportunities for coupons.
