My first time at a Take 5 and it was a pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and efficient, I think it was less than 15 minutes for my oil change. They offered a coupon for my air filter as well when I was frugal and planning to change it myself, so that was very kind. I live nearby so this will likely become my go to for oil changes.
I got an oil change. Yes it was convenient. I didn't even need to get out of my car. I was greeted with a friendly Hello and a cold bottled water. The two young men got my oil changed in a timely manner, topped off my windshield fluid and put air in my tires as needed. The price is a little more than what I want to pay for the convenience so I probably will go back to my regular guy next time. Thanks
This is the best place in NKY to get an oil change! I still drive out there even though I don’t live in Alexandria anymore. It’s super fast & I’m done in about 30 minutes and don’t even get out of my car. The guys are always nice and they do quality work and don’t pressure you to buy 532 extra things or try and tell you if you don’t change your air filter your car will blow up in a week. Very honest & up front and they always try and get you the best deal. Plus they send an email for 25% off an oil change every 3 months. Nate hooked me up with a great deal this weekend on some wiper blades. Always a stress free experience! Highly recommend these dudes!!!
