The service was very good took a little bit longer than I expected cause they had to go buy an air filter for my vehicle, but they kept me informed the whole time so I still enjoyed the little weight wasn’t too bad
Friendly and professional technicians, great work ethics! All technicians were working together and communicating to get job done. Price was very reasonable since I didn't have to drop off vehicle and come back hours later to pick up and I remained in my vehicle the whole time! Car is running great and I will definitely return for next service. Great job!
MARCELL DID THAT!!! My wife and I were were on the road from San Antonio to Mexico with a recent oil change from Valvoline. With less than 100 miles in, we got a notification on the dash board, “Please reduce oil level.” I called valvoline and their response was, “we’re sorry, get another oil change and we will reimburse you after you file a claim.” I was on the road with the where closest oil change place happened to be a Take 5. We show up and we were greeted at Take 5 in Alice, Tx by MARCELL. Not only did he greet us with a big smile but he handed us 2 cold bottles of water before he could introduce himself. I explained we were recommended by Valvoline to pay for an entirely new oil change, which I had just had serviced that same morning. The must’ve not drained the oil in its entirety, and being on the road stressed me out. Without an issue, MARCELL quickly sprung into action and helped us drain some of the excess oil which Valvoline happened to screw up on. Soon after draining half a quart of oil, the oil light indicator turned off. I can’t thank MARCELL enough for his willingness to help out a stranger in need. It wasn’t the, “well it’s his job”, clearly it wasn’t his mistake to fix in the first place. The effort he put into simply making sure we were back on the road without an expensive repair is something my wife and I are extremely grateful for. Keep being the same person throughout every interaction MARCELL, don’t allow others bad actions toward you, determine your actions toward another person. May GOD Bless you!
