The manager Bobbie is the reason I came back to the station . Since the first visit to that location, I knew I would come back. I really like the team here! Will did the oil change for me with his precious smile, it was fast and clean, he was very focused. The new assistant manager Ronald is great! it was the first time I met him, he’s already shown his good working ethic for the role, he helped me reduced the tire pressure precisely, other places when they did that for me , all 4 tires had different readings, at Valvoline they didn’t even bother to put the caps back on! Bobbie is not just being professional, skillful, knowledgeable, she’s also a great sales person! I like that! I’m a healthy nuts, she’s the only one and the first person in my entire driving life reminded me to change the cabin filter! I was very glad she let me know about it. Employees like this team are the assets of any business, the owner is lucky! I wish Take 5 could do tire rotation.
Just when you think customer service is dead, there’s a glimmer of hope, in Antioch, TN on Bell Road. Both the employees working Sunday morning were fantastic. Both were very personable had great personalities, engaged in conversation. It was my first time ever going to Take 5, but it absolutely will not be my last. Because of the two employees working, I will be taking my other car there for future oil changes.
I got my oil changed today (6/25/26 around 12:30) and had such a nice experience. I typically come to this location as it is the closest to my house but today I had Logan working with me and he was just so kind! Great attitude and very sweet, offered an extra water while I was sitting in the car being sure I wasn’t getting too hot. Usually receive good service at this location, today was just extra nice! Hopefully Logan can get some acknowledgment from the company for such great customer service!!
