Jesus at Take 5 Store #0893 provided excellent service. From the moment I arrived, he was calm, friendly and very helpful. He even offered me a bottle of water and asked what service I needed. He made sure my car was completely taken care of and running smoothly. Then, introduced me to his manager Julian, which I really appreciated. I usually go to the Take 5 in San Marcos, but my car was overdue for an oil change and I'm glad I stopped at this location. The service was quick and professional, and thr customer care truly stood out. I will definitely be coming back.
JULIAN, is the technician that handled my needs. He did an excellent job with all of the necessary things to get my vehicle back to prime running condition. Oil change is what I went there for and he let me know my coolant should be done every 3 or so years and having bought a used car 3 years ago he let me know what the carfax report for my car had last reported in 2019 for coolant. Therefore, he did a coolant flush/replacement as well, and I was able to notice the difference almost instantly. I was extremely grateful for the service that was given and he had a great attitude to be honest and helpful.
