Wow!! This business has fantastic customer service! From the moment I entered to the moment I left, I felt at ease. Justin (one of the technicians) did a fantastic job of moving quickly while he worked and, at the same time, holding a friendly conversation with me and another employee. I did not feel awkward at all for the very short amount of time it took them to change my oil and 2 filters. I would highly recommend this place for a quick quality oil change with incredibly friendly people!
Kudos to this location for having personable and educated staff. They work quickly as a team with audible communication to each other, while keeping you updated and informed about status of service. I never feel like they are trying to up-sell or push additional services, unless it’s needed. It’s an easy in and out service. I have to shout out Charlie M. the service writer, thought he was calm and cool. He was a team player and made the experience that much better! p.s. they removed the tip option during payment process which I think was a very good move for the business
With 35 years in the area ( previously known as Lubestop) Take 5 Oil Change has been under the managing care of Mr. Les Neel since 2004. The team went right to work on my car, all the while I had a lovely conversation with Les. Thank you Michael S. and Connor P. for taking such good care of my car. Very quick, friendly, cost effective, and efficient. They offer special discounts for signing up for text notifications and honor Veterans and Military by giving them very special offers. I can't say enough about Les and the crew. Job well done! I was told to stop back and say hi anytime! Great customer service! If you need an oil change stop up and see them.
