I'd also like to mention that one-time, unrelated to an oil change, I broke down after hours at this location and the Assistant Manager at the time was extremely kind and, although it was past his working hours, he took the time to inspect my car, told me what was going on and he was right, and advised me on what to do next. Very grateful

The entire team was incredibly fast, welcoming, and efficient while still providing top-notch service. From the moment I pulled in, the process was smooth and stress-free. They explained everything clearly and made me feel confident my vehicle was in great hands. Yes, it was a little pricier than some places, but the outstanding customer service, speed, and overall experience made it completely worth it. If you’re looking for quick, high-quality service with genuinely great people, I highly recommend this Take 5 location. I’ll definitely be coming back!
I had a great experience at the Take 5 in Bartow. Emylee, the manager, was extremely polite and professional from start to finish. She did offer some additional items like cabin air filter (which is their job), but I never felt pressured at all. She clearly explained pricing, showed me the dirty filter and I appreciated that I could simply say yes or no and make the decision myself after researching it on my phone. Yes, the oil change was a bit more expensive than what I’d typically pay at somewhere like Walmart Auto Service, but I found a solid coupon on their website which helped. What really stood out to me was the level of customer service. I was very specific that I needed VW-spec oil for my Atlas and made it clear that if they didn’t have the correct oil, I didn’t want to start service. Emylee was patient, listened carefully, and made sure everything was right before moving forward. Thank you Emylee, for taking the time to actually listen to your customers.
