I had a great experience at Take 5! The service was quick, professional, and very convenient. I appreciated being able to stay in my car while they handled everything. The staff was friendly and explained what they were doing without being pushy about extra services. They got my oil change done efficiently and made the process smooth from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance.
Staff was very professional and courteous. Took time and explained different services offered to me. Offered water. Checked all fluid levels. Changed oil , had me start vehicle shut it off then re checked oil level again and showed me on the stick my level. Thought that was extra. Very friendly staff, Great customer service. Will recommend to everyone I know. Very pleased.
In an era where great customer service seems to be increasingly rare, this shop—and its employees and manager—were a refreshing exception. They made what could have been just another errand quick, friendly, and stress-free. My oil change and air filter replacement were completed efficiently, and unlike many competitors, there was no high-pressure sales pitch. The complimentary cold water was a nice touch as well. I'd happily recommend this location to others and will definitely be returning for future service.
