My wife & I have had our 2017 Honda Pilot for many years & I’ve been to multiple oil change facilities throughout those years & none of them have EVER checked my air & cabin filter. Take 5 did!!! And upon doing so they found that ours had NEVER been changed & it was absolutely riddled with what appeared to be rat / mouse poop & urine. From that day on I’ve been a devoted customer & I haven’t taken my car anywhere else for the type of services they provide. Not only bc the crew is 1st class & they showcase the utmost professionalism in their interactions but they are just all around down to Earth good people. Their energy is always upbeat, they’re honest & they’ll do anything to help you out to ensure your experience is to your liking. I love the guys at my local Take 5.
Came here for an oil change on my 2009 Honda Pilot with 245,000 miles, and I had a great experience. Ortella and Albert were both very friendly, professional, and respectful throughout the whole service. They explained things clearly, worked quickly, and made sure everything was done properly. You can really tell they care about customers and take pride in their work. My SUV feels smoother after the service, and I truly appreciated their positive attitude and customer service. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had at a Take 5 location. Highly recommend this team!
10/10 experience, will be back. Very good customer service. Jamar had to back my car up for me because I am just a girl at the end of the day. Will be recommending this place to everyone I know. Love the bottles of water being handed out while you wait. Overall just a great experience.
