The team was honest, communicated clearly throughout the process, and completed the work quickly and efficiently. They also made sure we were comfortable while waiting by offering refreshments and excellent customer care. Highly recommended for their professionalism, transparency, and exceptional service. Stopped by got oil changed less than 10 to 16 minutes just like a pit stop , worker's wore all great and thier attitudes, James was one of them helped me out with oil change and explained what is recommended to put in and which package to get but was fast and he had a great personality hopefully places like this keep people like James and others worker's rewarded that wotk hard to keep these businesses run smoothly thanks for oil change and filter, nice location to stop by will probably be back with another car also.

Take 5 is the place to get your oil change! Matthew took his time to provide exceptional customer service! No extra BS!! On our new vehicle it was hard to find certain things that they were asking for; but Matt stepped in and was able to find them in seconds. The communication letting me know what we needed to do was far more than any other oil change I’ve ever had! Our Sparkle Squad vehicle is happy and ready for the road!
