I had an oil change done today. These two gentlemen, Mr. Lee and Mr. James, were very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. They were very knowledgeable of what they were doing. I was in and out within 10 minutes. Best experience in my life. I recommend going to this location on Cleveland Ave.Thank you so much guys, keep up the good work.
I’ve been to them all—Jiffy Lube, Mavis Tire, Tire Plus—but I have to give credit where it’s due. The team at Take 5 Oil #1135 Change in Bradenton has been phenomenal, especially Tim, Cecil, & Pbo. As a single mom who counts every penny, I truly appreciate honesty, transparency, and people who take the time to explain things without trying to upsell services I don’t need. Tom was thorough, professional, and genuinely focused on helping me understand what my vehicle needed now versus what could wait. It’s refreshing to walk away from an automotive service experience feeling respected rather than pressured.
