This was my first time coming to Take 5 and it was a wonderful experience. Everyone was kind and Jeremie and Miguel were knowledgable and professional, and made a not so fun task pretty great. I didn’t feel pressured or made to feel bad about not getting the additional recommended services and that put me at ease. I would recommend this Take 5 and will come back in the future.

Fast, competent, and courteous service. Everything you want from an oil change place. Yes, there's going to be upselling, additional services, and it's more expensive than doing it yourself. That just comes with the territory and convenience. Adding a picture of a secondary cabin filter they pointed out that nobody else even looked at in the 10 past years. Totally worth it if you need everything done quickly.

Very awesome set of staff members here in Brooklyn park location. Well mannered and offers you water during both my visits. Checks all car specs and topped off my car fluids with no additional charges. They washed and wiped my front window while service was done and checked my air tires. Most importantly they were all so well mannered and very respectful to me as a customer and made sure all my needs were addressed before performing any services. Very satisfying experience here.
