I am a regular customer of Take 5, and tried a different location. Keedrick was a pleasure to deal with at the Broussard location. All my experiences have been wonderful. My one complaint, understanding the doors must remain open for the type of service, however is in Louisiana heat, not only is it uncomfortable for the customer but it has to be unbearable for the employees y’all need some type of fans for these employees!!!
I had my oil changed some weeks ago at Take 5 in Broussard and realized that I never left a review, which I definitely wanted to do because the representatives who assisted me were absolutely amazing. Both Keedrick and Drew were thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to ensure I understood everything about the service being provided. Most importantly, their customer service was outstanding. Both team members were friendly, courteous, and even brought a great sense of humor to the experience. It truly made the visit enjoyable. This was one of the best customer service experiences I have had. Thanks Keedrick and Drew for providing such excellent service with a smile!
