Excellent service as usual. The employees were all very engaged in helping customers and training staff. Mark (I believe I remember his name) did an outstanding job of managing the staff. He moved around quickly and made decisions without hesitation showing his skills and experience. This is my go-to place for oil change, windshield fluid refill, and minor repairs under the hood. Highly recommended.
Best oil change ever! Everyone at the Take 5 in Canyon Lake went above and beyond to service my Toyota. All the people working that day had a positive vibe, and I ended up enjoying talking to Terrance, who was so helpful and polite and ready to answer any questions. Even went in with a pretty low tire and they inflated all of my tires, instead of me having to take it into the dealership. Despite being being busy that day, the line went so quickly, and I was out of there super fast. Thanks for a great experience, and really appreciate the convenient location and friendly employees.
I needed a quick service before I had to go to work, and I was greeted right away, offered a cold water since it was hot and we have to stay in the car. The staff was friendly, informative and they showed me everything as they did it to see for myself. They checked all my fluids, and even tested them. They found something off with my coolant. I had just bought this truck and it was shocking that there was mostly water. It was clear, not that neon green that most coolants are. I had them do an entire coolant exchange and it didn’t take long at all. Thank God they found that for me as the weather is getting hot. They also cleaned my windshield, put air in my tires, the whole works. When I asked the size of my bolt in case I want to do my own oil change next time, they found that information for me, even got the size bolt for my skid plate, and all I would need to know so I could. They all seemed younger than me, but provided exceptional service, very professional and well mannered. If you are in a pinch this is the place to go to in town.
