I had such an amazing experience today—seriously one of the best customer service moments I’ve had in a long time! From the second I pulled in, I was greeted with a warm, friendly welcome from ''Austin'' that instantly made me feel comfortable and taken care of. A huge shoutout to ''Austin'' ?—what an incredible person! He was professional, kind, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and stress-free. You can tell he really cares about his work and the people he’s helping. That kind of energy is rare these days! The whole process was quick, efficient, and honestly… kinda enjoyable (never thought I’d say that about an oil change ?). he explained everything clearly, didn’t pressure anything, and kept the vibes positive the entire time. I came in for an oil change… but left with my mood changed too ?. i like to talk to people alot never know who you might meet. I always have a pleasant experience at this Take 5! Tyler and his crew were fast, polite, and genuinely entertaining. We even spent some time joking that Tyler is a dead ringer for Brad Pitt! It’s rare to find a shop that combines professional efficiency with such a great atmosphere. I was in and out in no time. I highly recommend this location!
Fast. Kind. Knowledgeable. Personable. Never felt pressured to purchase anything unnecessary. Praise those guys for still being in a good mood all day working in that Louisiana heat. The thermometer on my car said 109 degrees when I went in yesterday for an oil change.
