I had a fantastic experience at Take 5 Oil Change in West Ashley thanks to Ayden! He was friendly, professional, and made the entire process quick and stress-free. He took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel pressured, and the customer service was truly top-notch. It’s not often you leave an oil change impressed, but Ayden went above and beyond. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend asking for him if you visit!

I visited the Take 5 on Savannah Hwy yesterday. I was pretty as they had all 3 bays open and at least 2 cars in each bay! The guys who serviced my car were attentive and informative. As soon as I pulled up they brought out a cold bottle of water for me. With 1 other car in the same bay as me it took about 1.5hr total. Most of that was wait time, the actual oil change may have taken 30-40 mins and they upsold me on an air filter replacement. They also advised I needed a radiator flush but I declined as I would have my Husband handle it. Overall they were professional, friendly, and polite. I’d definitely use this location again!
