We visited this location on Friday,12/28 a little after 3pm for oil change/air filter change and there were already others being serviced. Within less than 5 minutes we were greeted, asked about our service needs and offered a bottle of water. In no time we were in the bay where we were greeted, once again, by everyone around us. They clearly and thoroughly went over our options and professionally got us in and in out quickly. My car started giving us a warning and my husband walked and asked for assistance. Once again, they went above and beyond to look over everything, fixed the issue (which was on me for not getting my oil changed when I should) and had us back out and on the road. These guys deserve to be recognized and I appreciate them for their excellent customer service and top tier quality work. Thank you!
Had an awesome experience at Take 5 Oil Change on Sunset Road! The two young gentlemen who helped me were kind, professional, and never tried to upsell me or push extra services I didn’t need. There was no wait time, they were upfront and honest about pricing, and even gave me time to download a discount coupon before checkout. Great customer service from start to finish — I’ll definitely be returning to this location for my future oil changes!

The staff was friendly, professional, and walked me through everything they were doing, which I really appreciated. They checked all my fluids, made helpful recommendations without being pushy, and had me in and out in no time. It’s hard to find places that combine speed with great customer service, but they definitely delivered. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend them to anyone looking for fast and reliable service!
