This was the best visit from a service and operation standpoint and I have been coming here for almost 4 years! So keep getting the right team members in, it MATTERS! Thank you to Colin and AJ this morning they were professional, quick and worked really well as a team to get myself and everyone around me taken care of. I didn’t want to get the filter, but Colin did a side by side comparison for me and after turning down this add on EVERYONE visit it was hard to ignore what he educated me on today. Definitely took longer than 5 minutes for my Volkswagen Touareg diesel, about 20 or 30 minutes. They did not have a premium oil filter in stock that would have been a $30 up charge, but installed a standard oil filter which was included in the price. They also noticed that my engine filter was in need of replacement, so they did that as an add-on for an additional $30. When I first called in, your call will go to a corporate call center and then they will redirect you to the local branch. When speaking with the call center, they gave me a $25 off coupon code. Before I left, I had a couple tires that needed some air in them and they did it within seconds. No problem. I would recommend these guys if you are looking for a fairly priced somewhat quick oil change.

I went into take 5 because I was under the impression it was time for my oil change. I met Keyshawn and after getting all of my information and checking my mileage he informed me it was not time for an oil change yet. He said he would perform an oil change if I wanted, but no matter what he would check my oil level and all other fluids. My oil was full, and he politely topped off all of my fluids. Keyshawn was very professional, friendly and a delight to work with! Thank you so much. I’ll be back for when my oil change is actually due. Thank you Keyshawn!
