Went in expecting an oil change since it’s been over a year since my last change. I didn’t realize I had only driven 1100 miles in the last year. Sergio and Kyle took a look at my oil and saw it was still golden, double checked with the manger, and said it still looked good! They topped me off for free and were incredibly nice. Very pleased with their service and their honesty. Great experience!
I visited Take 5 a couple of weeks ago and had a wonderful experience! Ryan and Jodin were the mechanics that performed my oil change, and they gave me the best service I could’ve asked for! They both were very knowledgeable about my car and the exact service it needed, they both answered any questions I had with ease, and they were super kind! They performed my oil change super quickly and had us out within 10 minutes. I also had another issue going on with my car at the time and they helped me diagnose the problem, so I knew what was going on before I got that issue serviced the next day. These guys are wonderful at their jobs and obviously take pride in doing a great job. They have made a repeat customer out of me, and I cannot recommend this location more!
Oil change and a new engine filter: Don't let the name fool you.It will take a lot longer than a five minute break..it was OK. I went on a weekend.So I was third in line of three lines. I did not mind the wait.It was new to me. Very professionally, Kam showed me the engine filter.And I agreed to replace it since it was a reasonable fee.And I know the car traveled far through multiple states this last fall. I was satisfied with the pricing after applying the small discount $15, i wish there was a better coupon.Because seniors need to watch pricing.Very carefully. Thank you for being thorough and professional courtesy all the way through!
