They were absolutely amazing here!!! The second me and my partner pulled in, Junior greeted us and helped us get set up. Not to mention cracking a few jokes here and there to liven the mood up. Amber was also absolutely awesome and even caught the little plastic pieces on our windshield wipers and removed them for us. Honestly, just everyone there was super great. I highly recommend this place, even if you're new to Colorado like we are.

I had a really good experience at Take 5. The staff was very friendly and personable—they made the whole visit feel relaxed and welcoming instead of rushed. I ended up chatting with one of them about her son, which just added to that genuine, human feel. What stood out was how thorough everyone was. The manager handled things underneath, someone checked my cabin air filter, and another team member checked a different filter under the hood. It felt like a true team effort, and like they actually cared about doing the job right—not just rushing me through. They also asked about a military discount, which I appreciated. Overall, it had a friendly, family-type vibe. The service was quick, clean, and efficient. I was in and out with no hassle. Definitely a great experience.

I am not happy about this 5 star rating. However, I am not lowering their 4.8 because of staffing issues. Take 5's time of 10 minutes FROM THE TIME YOU GET IN THE BAY..... They are not 5 minutes. They are not 10 minutes. They were between 10 and 20 minutes depending on your vehicle.... (3 STAR due to company name alone) (4 STAR for the extra time in the bay) We did get a free water for everyone in the truck as soon as wel arrived. There were vehicles in all 3 bays when we arrived and the crew apologized for wait getting into the bay. (5 STAR for the apologetic professionalism) Once we were in the bay (30 minutes), THE SERVICE WAS GREAT (5 STAR). EVERYTHING was explained. The service guy was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. We didn't feel like we were forced to buy an air filter, valves, cabin filter, differential service, or anything else for the F250.... (5 STAR for medium pressure sales tacticts) With their 25% off for military/veterans --- the wait was worth the service. In reality, the wait would happen at any service facility. VIP usually take 30-40 minutes and then they try to hit you up for an alignment on EVERY SERVICE. Ford takes even longer. Discount Tire is 30-40 minites.
