Wow this was my first time coming to Take5 oil change service and it was a great outcome. The moment I pulled up a gentleman came to me with a bottle of water and a friendly smile. They immediately went to work changing my oil, showed me that I needed my air filter change. They noticed that my wiper blades was in bad shape and I knew it too so they changed them out for me. Over all I really enjoyed my visit and they have great work ethic. Thank you TAKE5 I can't wait to come back for my next service!
This was one the best experiences I have had with an oil change. The two gentlemen that worked on my car were extremely polite, fast and knowledgeable. I was on the road traveling and happened on this location. Quite impressive fellas.
I pulled into Take 5 Oil Change expecting… well… an oil change. What I got was a NASCAR pit crew mixed with Chick-fil-A level customer service ? The second I pulled up, I was warmly greeted and handed an ice-cold bottle of water — which honestly felt like a lifesaver in this heat. Zach, Jimmy, and Larry had my oil changed in LESS than 10 minutes, and somehow still found time to have friendly conversation and explain future preventative maintenance my vehicle may need without being pushy or sales-y at all. I’ve been loyal to another quick oil change company for YEARS, but I have NEVER experienced customer service like this. These guys were fast, professional, friendly, and genuinely made the experience enjoyable. Before I knew it, they were done and I was back on the road! Take 5 has absolutely gotten it right. Top-tier service from top-tier people. Safe to say they just earned a new long-term customer! Thank you guys!!
