This was my first time visiting Take 5 Oil Change after getting off work Friday, and I had an excellent experience. From the moment I pulled in, the service was quick, efficient, and professional. Huck was the technician who helped me, and he was outstanding. He was extremely professional, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. He explained everything clearly, which gave me a lot of confidence in the service being provided. The entire process was smooth, organized, and customer-focused. It’s refreshing to go somewhere for the first time and feel genuinely taken care of. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this location — especially if Huck is assisting you. Thank you Take 5 because I am very skeptical of going to places these days to get any services done on my vehicle. I will be back.
Kade, Rob and Johnathan were fantastic. Not only did they provide the service I asked for upon arrival, but also found an issue with my coolant that could've gotten ugly if it persisted. They were able to take care of all my issues and I was out the door in less than 30 minutes! Killer job boys ?
They were absolutely amazing they checked my oil took care of it even topped off my power steering fluid at no cost these guys are the best I have ever seen when I go to take five oil change I would not go to any other oil place after going there thanks guys y'all Rock and the new management is awesome
