I highly recommend Take 5. From start to finish my mechanic was very courteous and professional. Everything being done was announced so I could keep informed as he progressed. His system let me know the last time certain items were done making it easy to choose what was needed now or would soon be needed. Staying in my car the whole time also allowed me to answer any questions right away like getting my air filters checked in addition to my oil change. When he showed me my old filter and the new “clean” one going in, I knew I made the right choice.
I received exceptional service at this Take5 On Waldron Rd in Corpus Christi, Texas, I was greeted with a cold bottle of water and a beautiful smile. They kept me well informed and offered services that I needed, but did not know they offered. I was in and out in about 15 minutes with extra services to my vehicle. I was very grateful, being a woman, that they did not try to upsell me something I did not need. They showed me my filters without me having to ask, and told me they looked pretty good so maybe the next time I came in, we would change them if needed. I love the fact that the two technicians I had checked each other‘s work to be sure that everything was complete. Thank you for making this experience such a wonderful experience with no headaches and not leaving feeling like I had been taken advantage of. Great job! Give these guys a raise! They are amazing!
I've gotten the oil changed at this specific location a few times. They've always been super nice and friendly. The work is always good and no one is ever pushy about selling me extra stuff - they make recommendations and help me stay educated about what my car needs and when. Today's visit, there was an error that was my fault. I felt so bad, but they were so kind to me and eventhough it was my fault, they took care of it. They didn't have to do that, and they didn't have to be so gracious but they were and it was so appreciated. That is why I will keep bringing my car, or any other car I may have, here to be serviced. Big shoutouy to the crew here.
