I was unable to complete my oil change because the oil filter was over-tightened, according to the Take 5 technician. He advised me to take the vehicle to a mechanic, as he didn’t feel comfortable attempting to remove the filter and risk damaging it. I truly appreciated his honesty and professionalism—I would much rather he take that approach than force it and potentially cause an issue. Since the oil had already been drained, he refilled it at no cost.
The entire team provided excellent customer service. They got my vehicle taken care of quickly, explained a few maintenance options, and never made me feel pressured. I'm very satisfied with my visit.
