I had a great experience with Jordan at Take 5 Oil Change. He was extremely friendly, professional, and took the time to clearly explain all the services being performed without any pressure. It’s rare to find someone who is both efficient and genuinely customer-focused. The whole process was quick, smooth, and transparent. I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change thanks to EJ! I came in thinking I was overdue for an oil change, but he took the time to look up my history and explained that I still had about 2,000 miles left since my last premium service. Instead of upselling me, he gave me a new sticker, topped off my oil, showed me the dipstick level, and even put air in my tires. He was friendly, patient, and very honest throughout the entire visit. I really appreciated his integrity and excellent service.
