I had a great experience at the Danville, VA location. The guys were so nice and polite thru the whole process. I highly recommend to anyone. I will be doing that from now on versus going to the car dealership to get my oil changed. They worked fast and efficiently as well as explaining everything they were doing too.
Great cordial service. Didn't try to pressure me into anything I didn't need. But I'm sure they also got the read I'm not that guy and I know my truck. I just don't have the means to change my own oil while visiting..... relatively quick service. One other car was in the bay so I was in in out in probably 25- 30 minutes. Only grip is with a $25 coupon it was still $100 for a basic oil change.... Thats almost stealership prices for crappy oil. Would recommend though for the atmosphere and good crew.
Dominick (Dom) had the best customer service & very knowledgeable. He changed some filters for me after the oil change. He noticed I needed new windshield wiper & was very personable. Definitely will be referring family and friends to Take 5! Thank you for the great customer service, especially working hard in cold temperatures Friday evening.
