I had a great experience coming here - my first time here to Take Five Oil Change. The guys working this place were incredibly thorough and probably the nicest I've been treated in a very long time. Just very cordial and very kind and explained everything like I was a 5-year-old... And sometimes I need that. ? The two guys that were running the show while I was were named Nathan & Noah. Right when I pulled in Nathan gave me a bottle of water if I wanted it or not that was very cool. Long story short nothing is as inexpensive as it used to be, however with the speed the diligence and the care they put into it I'll be back.
Every time I go to this place that guys are approachable and very friendly. I also like going there because they don’t push things in to me if I say that I’m good with a possible recommended service. They’re usually pretty quick as long as they aren’t busy which I know that happens. I do prefer going here over dealership due to the guys working there and the great job that they do.
I love going to take 5. I feel like they have my best interest in mind. When I went in yesterday for my routine oil change, they opened the hood of my car they noticed my valve cover gasket was leaking. They explained that was an issue I really should have fixed right away, but, that needed to be done by a licensed mechanic. They said that they would still do the oil change if I wanted them to but suggested that I wait until I get the issue taken care of because I would be getting new oil when that happened anyway. Thay added oil to the car and checked all my other fluids but didn’t charge me, just asked that I come back to them for my next oil change. And I will.
