I was very impressed!! I got greeted right away and offered a bottle of water. The wait was not long at all. Everything was explained to me on what they were doing and my questions were answered very well. I gave the team 3 honks before I left. I will see them next time!! Thank you so much!!!
They let me know every single thing they were doing as they were doing it. I never felt “up-sell pressure.” They were thoughtful/considerate with my vehicle (items in glove box, etc.) Friendly as could be! I was impressed, and that is no small feat! Thank you for the great service!
