My go-to oil change shop in Derby. They have great service, reasonable prices and usually are quick. They explain why they make recommendations and show you what they look for. TIP: Don’t go on a holiday as they get super busy and you’ll have to wait a long time.
These guys in Derby are fantastic. David and Braden are both personable, professional, and reasonable to work with. After a different oil change shop, Jiffy Lube, failed to reinstall my skid plate properly, I had to order a replacement. I stopped by Take 5 in Derby because no other shops could fit me in the same day, and they had no problem installing it for me. The whole job took about ten minutes, and the customer service was outstanding. Great people, great service, and a great experience overall. I’ll definitely be returning here for future vehicle maintenance.
The guys were great! From the gentleman who greeted me with a cold bottle of water to the one who double checked the tire pressures and made sure I had everything I needed updated. Everything was super easy and they were happy to take my coupon and didn’t high pressure me into taking a higher grade of oil change than what I actually needed. I will be back!
