The shop manager Ryan and the technician were working by themselves; and they did a remarkable job. Their communication was excellent and kept each customer informed of what they were doing. The stress of being under staff is not easy; but the two of them remained calm, professional and courteous. If I had an oil shop; I would have hired them on the spot. I’ve always had wonderful experiences at Take 5, but this location takes the gold. Ryan goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed the moment you pull in. Everyone is always high energy, smiles, and moving with a purpose. They explain every step of the full service oil change to you as you go and make recommendations that don’t feel pressured (as a clueless-with-cars woman, this is huge). Itemized bill at the end is a nice plus. Military discount of 25% is awesome. Will continue to give this location my business.
I had a great experience at Take 5 today. Ryan and Richard were working short-handed and handling everything themselves, but you would never have known it from the level of service they provided. They were professional, efficient, and kept a positive attitude while managing a busy workload. Outstanding customer service from both Ryan and Richard.
