Amare was pleasant with a constant smile on his face unlike what you get from young people today. It was so refreshing. Kade was no different as he worked underneath and guided me in and out the shop. His demeanor was very pleasant and both were very professional.
I needed an oil change and made an impromptu stop at Take 5. I was impressed with the speed and professionalism of the service. We were greeted quickly and offered water. We were in the bay in minutes and watched what seemed to be a thorough process. I asked for them to check my tire pressure and they complied swiftly. Next they ran their checklist, I paid and we were out. I’m very satisfied with the service and cost.
Service was wonderful. I was give 3 options to choose from and then explained the difference of price. I was showed the filter that came out of my car; then showed a new filter. Love the comparison! All the while never any pressure. Oh did I tell you I was offered a cold bottle of water, before we even talked about the car ?
