I came in because of an oil leak after a recent oil change. From the moment I arrived, I received outstanding customer service. A professional young lady greeted me, offered me a cold bottle of water on a very hot day, and immediately checked out my concern. She found that the drain plug was damaged and replaced it at no charge. Her professionalism, care, and willingness to help was impressive. Great customer service is hard to find these days, and she exceeded my expectations. I later learned that she was the store manager, which made perfect sense given the way she handled everything. I highly recommend this business and truly appreciate the excellent service I received.

Everyone was friendly, professional, and very helpful. They explained everything clearly and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Excellent customer service and a great team all around. Xavier and Hayden were great. I've been a customer for a while. Went back the other day bc my oil change light was on. They checked and told me I was low on oil but didn't need an oil change yet since I got the upgraded oil change last time. They added more oil for free, reset my gauges and sent me on my way. Good honest service was refreshing. They've made a customer for life!
