I usually use the dealership for our vehicle's maintenance, but today I decided my husband's Bronco needed an oil change, so I thought, “Why not?” ???? I had a truly excellent experience at Take 5 Oil Change. ? When I pulled up, the technician first offered me a cold bottle of water ? before she asked any questions about my vehicle ?. Very thoughtful!! ? The staff demonstrated a comprehensive understanding of the required maintenance .✅?️ There were no unexpected additional services suggested, which is a common occurrence at other service centers that I have been to. I appreciated their honesty. ? Furthermore, each stage of the service ? and its completion was clearly explained. ???️ I (my family) will definitely be going back with all our vehicles, and my adult kids will take their cars there as well. ????? Olivia and Sarah did a great job helping me out of a bind. I typically change my own oil but when I last had the dealership do it they overtightened the filter cap which I could not unseize lying on the floor without a breaker bar. I brought it in to them late on a sunday and explained my situation and even brought my own oil and filter. They were able to perform the change only charging me for the labor. Very pleased with the service they provided!!

They were professional, efficient, and never tried to pressure into buying additional services, which I appreciated. During the service, they also performed a thorough inspection of the overall health of my vehicle. They caught a maintenance item that I had been neglecting, and addressing it now will likely save me from much more expensive repairs down the road. A special shoutout to Edward. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Great customer service makes a big difference, and he definitely went above and beyond. I’d absolutely recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest, high-quality service.
