Great service! Staff was friendly and the guy who serviced my car, I believe his name was Gavin but I'm not sure, explained every question I had. The team was fast, double checked each other to verify everything was correct and complete. Cost was average but less than I anticipated for an oil change on a bmw 328i.
My experience was great. The technicians were polite and knowledgeable. They gave me pointers on filters and other things. I was offered cold water when I arrived and my oils change was quick. I like the fact that I did not need an appointment.
Ive had both good and bad experiences with take 5 in several places, but this location is my favorite to go to. Always have either a coupon or discount and dont push additional services onto you like other places do. Friendly staff, in and out in 10 minutes and I get to stay in the car. Im a car girly but of course there are places that try to scam women just because, but NEVER at this take 5. If you say no, they say okay and leave it at that and I greatly appreciate it!
