I love that take 5 opens so early, so I can get in at a less busy time and get my oil changed before heading to work. I also love that they offer coupons, and free top offs and tire pressure checks in between services. Ive been to a few locations. This one has been my favorite. This morning I had Adrian & Seth do my oil change and they were both extremely friendly with great customer service. Sometimes its hard to find that at 7:30 in the morning lol. They were so kind that it led me to coming and leaving a review.
By far the BEST location I have been. I had some issues coming from another take 5 location and this shop immediately found a solution and got to work on the issue. We needed a replacement parts for the car and they were so kind and were able to source a part and even went to pick it up for me. The car runs great now and I am very pleased with their service. Will always go to this location from here on out.
I visited for the first time this past week for an oil change and had such a wonderful experience! The team also replaced my filters and had me in and out in under 15 minutes. I couldn’t believe how efficient they were. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind and genuinely went above and beyond. I’ll definitely be coming back for all my future maintenance needs.
