THIS IS THE PLACE! THESE ARE THE GUYS! If you need something done fast, smooth, efficiently, and professionally, this is where you go. I recently had a great experience with Rob, E.C., and Kenny. They were extremely helpful in a situation I had and went above and beyond to make things right, even though the issue wasn’t their fault to begin with. Their management should be extremely proud of the team they have there. They are trustworthy, diligent, and take real initiative. They handled all the service-related issues we came in for and then some simply because it was the right thing to do, and that’s not something you always come across in business. I will definitely be back the next time my car needs service, and you should too!
I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change. The service was fast and efficient — I was in and out in no time. The staff was friendly and professional, and while they did offer upgrades and additional services, I never felt pressured to buy anything extra. The complimentary bottle of water and freeze pop were a nice touch and showed great customer service. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience. I’ll definitely be back for my next oil change!
The staff is great! The older guy that specifically assisted me during the service was amazing!!! He didn’t just tell me what I needed, he actually inquired if I was aware of the issues first. Then he informed me of what was discovered & gave me the options of resolutions. He was patient with me as I decided what to go through with getting done. He also helped make sure I fully understood the options & benefits to each option. Great experience I definitely recommmend the Take 5 on yadkin rd in Fayetteville, NC
