Armad and his colleagues serviced my car for an oil change. He was very kind and professional. The team always works fast which is why I come here. I do think take5 is a bit pricey… but I also believe in paying for convenience and service. So with everything they do in the timeframe they do it in, I’d say the price is worth it. This is my 3rd oil change with them I believe. No complaints so far. Thanks guys.
WOW!.. super great Team!!! Like most folk, I’ve done oil changes with every nationwide brand…that will no longer be necessary…. TAKE 5 are the absolute best at what they do ? Also, their courtesy was top of the line ‘World-class’ Customer Service excellence!!!!… I called to ask questions: Manuel was extremely polite, then each and every technician were Awesome…from Alijah that handed me water, miss Dani who guided me into the bay, my lead tech Scott and the Manager Matt, each worker performed a Very satisfactory and complete job! My experience with the guys were great. Their were 3 guys that worked on my vehicle. They were extremely professional, attentive, and collaborative in meeting my needs. The customer service was exceptional and I will be returning for all of my future service dates. Not crazy about the prices but the service is needed in order for me to have proper and working transportation. I believe the company could offer repeated customers bigger discounts or free oil changes after so many visits . Maybe 1 free oil change a year.
