Very impressed with the lady that changed my oil. She really knew what she was doing and did her best to get me in and out. Only concern I have with management is why would you have her there all by herself? What if she slipped, or had a medical emergency and there weren't any customers at the time to help her out? She had to deny service to others that pulled in after me because their oil filter was located on the bottom and she couldn't go into the pit since she was by herself. Luckily for me my oil filter is located near the top of the engine therefore I could get an oil change. I get sometimes manpower is short but I strongly feel there should be a minimum of 2 people in the shop at all times.
The staff were absolutely wonderful and professional! Very accommodating crew! It did take a little while to get in, as there was only one service bay open and there was a box truck being serviced, which took a little longer than I had expected. The staff’s attitude made up for the extra wait time though.
With a crazy week coming into town to help my aging parents, I barely had time for an oil change amidst the craziness of helping cleaning their house and such. But I was able to make it to Take 5 just about 15 minutes before they closed. They were so helpful and fast. They even helped fix something hanging down on my front fender for free. The three guys were so courteous and professional. I even got a complimentary bottle of water. This was a great option for me when I was short on time. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
