Went in for my last oil change locally before moving to TX, and these guys were absolutely amazing! Genuinely the best customer service I have ever experienced at an oil change shop. The guy who I spoke to originally, I think his name was Mason, explained everything to me and had zero issues with any of my questions. I could not recommend these gentlemen more!!
The employees are very nice and knowledgeable. The best Take 5 I’ve been to. They made sure I felt at home. This location will be the only one I go to from now on. If you are in the Brandon area and need an oil change, or any other car services, this is the place to go. You will have an excellent experience. This was my first time at Take5. I had an exceptional experience! I arrived at 8:51 am and they had all my services completed by 9:12am. As soon as I pulled in I was greeted with a warm welcome by the new trainee. He even gave me a bottle of water upon arrival. Will was very thorough in explaining all my issues and recommendations. Mr. Joel did my oil change the quickest I’ve ever had it done. I will be back! Thanks guys.
