In a world where good customer service can be hard to find, my experience at Take 5 on Beal Parkway was a breath of fresh air. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk me through everything without making me feel rushed or pressured. I left feeling informed, respected, and confident in the service I received. Highly recommend them if you're looking for honest, professional service and people who genuinely care about their customers. Kudos to the entire team! ???
This is my 2nd time visiting this location and, it's been awesome both times! I went yesterday for an oil change, 5/30/26. The staff was so nice and, they were so helpful. The oil change was quick and, there was no wait. The price has increased since my last visit but, I guess that's everywhere. My only complaint with this company is that the wiper blades, that I purchased last time, skip. The company that owns the wiper blades, stopped honoring their warranty so, I'm stuck until I buy new ones. The employees working yesterday, did try to make it right by offering me a discount on new wipers but, I declined. Overall, I give my visit 5 stars. Please tell your staff that they are doing a great job!

I'm just a regular military person and got treated like a movie star. Motor man, Puffy, Midas... THIS is how you do it. Take 5 has the magic.
