1st time visit. Will return when our other vehicles need maintenance or state inspection. They were very busy (that’s good sign!) and the overall time was longer than I expected, but the team was methodical and kept work moving. Charles greeted us promptly, Chris informed me during the process and made recommendations (showing why; dirty a/c cabin filter), and Nick did the state inspection. They worked well as a team. Made recommendations without being overly aggressive; just matter-of-fact and why. It’s not cheap, but fairly priced. Good and fast isn’t cheap. But, Cheap and fast isn’t good.
Tyler gave me the best service I’ve ever received at an oil change shop. I was greeted with a water and made me feel welcomed. He explained everything to me I needed to know about my car but wasn’t pushy on sales. I will definitely be coming to this shop regularly. Thanks again to the guys at the Take 5 White Settlement location!
Paige was very helpful and polite. She made sure to explain everything well and in a way that we could understand. She was also courteous of the fact that we had children in the car and in the heat. I don't remember the gentleman's name, but he was nice and helpful as well. They both brought it to our attention that our coolant needed flushed and wasn't any good, we went ahead and got it done, and instantly noticed a difference in the cold air in our car. Thank you!
