I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change. The team was friendly, professional, and got everything taken care of quickly. They explained what they were doing without any pressure and made the whole process easy. I came in to get my vehicle ready for registration, and they had me back on the road in no time. Went in getting an oil change and left having a great experience. The person helping me was Will! He was a superstar. Very helpful in explaining what everything was and when it needed it be changed. Personable too which was nice! Never pushed me to buy certain things and just very helpful! A great experience this time around and can’t wait to go in a few months for the next one!
Will was amazing! Even though they were understaffed, he went above and beyond to explain which oil I should get and why. He truly made me feel like part of the family, huge shoutout to him! Management should also consider ensuring adequate staffing during the day. At one point, Will and just one other employee were handling nine cars. While the wait time was a bit longer, it did not negatively impact the quality of my service. Will remained professional, helpful, and attentive the entire time.
