I can’t say enough about my experience here. I had the nicest crew of young men help me this past Sunday! Phillip took time to go over the details of my suggested oil change, and new wiper blades. At first, I felt it a bit steep. I then found that the wipers will last a long time, and synthetic oil best for my Dodge Charger. He answered all my questions because I’m as green as grass with car stuff!! Carter, explained the extra perks included, offered me water, and even cleaned my front window for me! I believe Joey was assisting him. These gentleman were very polite which goes along way for me in this day and age. I feel like my cost was fair, and I wasn’t pushed beyond my budget. I’ll be suggesting this Buisness to all my friends and family! Great experience too to bottom. I plan on returning for other service needs. High five to this crew for this stellar experience once again !
Very nice, helpful, and efficient. The one thing I’ll say is that they did try to sell me on a new air filter when I didn’t really need one. Other than that, everything else they tried to sell me (better oil filter, coolant flush, etc.) were truthful. I also called a few places and they were the cheapest oil change I could find! Definitely recommend if you need a quick oil change.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at Take 5 Oil Change. The entire team was friendly, professional, and made the process incredibly easy from start to finish. They greeted me right away, clearly explained everything they were doing, and never pressured me into purchasing anything I didn't need. The oil change was completed quickly, and I was able to stay in my vehicle the entire time, which made the experience even more convenient. The staff was knowledgeable, courteous, and worked efficiently while providing outstanding customer service. Fred and trent did an awsome job , I highly recommend Take 5. I'll definitely be coming back for future service!
