Normally an oil change is not an emergency, but my skid plate fell off my car on a trip going down the expressway, and I thought since I needed an oil change Anyway, I would go there knowing they would have to put the skid plate back on when they were done. The manager Nathan also known as Opie Was just amazing. He acted like we were old friends and quickly figured out my mess and did the oil change and filter filters and helped me put this busted skid plate back in my trunk. Thanks for getting me back on the road guys. you really went above and beyond
They are great exactly for what they are. A quick oil change. They were very professional and courteous. Plus they gave a free bottle of water when I pulled up. May not seem like a big deal but it was an extremely hot day and it shows they appreciate your business. No pressure to upsell anything, gave me the options and let me decide. It was great service and very quickly done.
