I absolutely love this Take 5. Everyone is so nice & friendly. I went to get my oil changed today and Keith took care of my car & kept it very honest on everything & what I needed. Even down to my filters. He explained everything to me in great detail & stuff I didn’t even know that was long overdue. He took his time & my car is running brand new. He deserves a promotion because he is great with people & knows his information. I recommend people to go to this location because they will take care of your vehicle.
I always visit the Take 5 location on W. Market St. in Greensboro, NC, and every experience has been outstanding. Angelo and the entire team are simply amazing. I’ve never had a single issue or concern during any visit. They consistently take the time to explain everything in detail—what services are being completed, what may need attention soon, and what to keep an eye on moving forward. I truly appreciate how thorough and transparent they are. The team always goes above and beyond, and I especially appreciated the care and attention they gave while servicing my car this afternoon. Their professionalism, knowledge, and customer service are top-notch. I highly recommend this location!
The experience was good. I was met by a nice young gentleman with locs who brought me a water. Then Keith was the one who facilitated the service he was very kind and I enjoyed my service. Although it did take a bit longer than expected I didn't even really mind because he was able to keep me in conversation. I don't know much about cars but he was able to help me figure out what I needed. I got in and out. I thoroughly enjoyed my service! (Oil change and Air filter replacement)
