Stopped by Take 5 Oil Change and had a great experience. Even though they were extremely busy, the service was still quick and efficient. I really appreciated that the staff didn’t pressure me into buying extra services — they only gave genuine recommendations based on what my car actually needed. Everyone was friendly and professional, and the chilled water they offered while I waited was a nice touch. Overall, great customer service and a smooth experience.
Wow! What a great experience it was to visit Take5. Kareem approached me with a Smile and a bottle of water. He was so cheerful and professional at the same time. He subsequently advised me of my oil change options and other options such as a new filter for my oil in my air filter, ect. This was my first time at Take5 and with Kareem’s professional assistance, it made it easy for me to be able to make a wise decision. They also performed other services such as washing my dirty windshield. During the process, he was able, only for a little bit, engaged in an enjoyable conversation which revealed that he is wise beyond his years. Subsequently, I met Cash, the manager, he was also very kind and professional. As I excited out, I honked my horn, in recognition of receiving great service. For the aforementioned reasons, I will be returning on or before the date that Kareem suggested, he subsequently gave me a sticky as a reminder. I’ll be back for my Brakes. Great service guys!
I went in for an annual state inspection. I was approached immediately and offered water for my daughter and I. Everyone was polite. I watched stuff going on around me and everyone was so polite! Great timing! They even offered my daughter and I a popsicle! She was happy with that. I have gone before and great service, but this one stands out. Kahari did my inspection, Tyler, X and Dylan were all apart of my visit there. My daughter and I loved honking on the horn as we left. ??
