This place is great. I rolled up, waited a couple minutes (short wait considering they had all three lanes moving and lots of customers), picked my oil change and they were done quick. Different options for oil changes depending on your vehicle and it's condition. They also offer filter and wiper replacements as well as fluid top-offs and other services like coolant flushing, etc. Guys working there seemed like good dudes. Knowledgeable and friendly. Offered everybody a cold bottle of water too. Definitely the easiest oil change I've ever had. Prices comparable to other places. Definitely recommend.
I need to edit my review … the only VERY IMPORTANT THING THAT THEY NEED TO DO IS RESET THE OIL LIFE MONITOR… I just had the oil change last week and my car is already telling me that my car needs a oil change in 800 miles… THIS IS NOT OK… I now have to find some place to reset this before my trip to Florida so my car does not keep flashing lights at me the whole way my intire trip then red lights and alarms after 800 miles… AND IT WILL IT HAS BEFORE .. So VERY IMPORTANT STEPT THAT THEY MISSED ….other than that….very pleasant and extremely willing to please and learn I’ve always said that’s the best experience of learning is to get in there and look and learn and ask questions I didn’t have a problem getting out and helping him pop my hood because it was definitely a turkey one. I had a good time with them laughed and joked with them considering I have a foreign car. They’re not easy to know the questions too or answers know that it was a great experience and I will go back there every time. I’m in Harrisonburg I live over the mountain and it’s hard to find a good happy place and I would advise never ever to go across the road to the competitor because they were very unpleasant always take your car to take five in Harrisonburg on Main Street E. Main St. I believe it is wonderful. Wonderful people the young lady there. She’s a very awesome manager. Great experience if there was an option to give 10 stars I would.
They welcome you with cold water and are very nice people! They take the time to explain services if you dont understand fully. They are patient and kind and get the job done right! I have been going here for awhile now, and ive always had a good experience! Thankyou for being detailed and leaving me confident and knowledgeable about my car!
