Visiting Take 5 Oil in Helotes is a luxury experience. Upon pulling up, I was offered a cold water: Thoughtful! Mr. Gerald was my attendant, and he took time to show me a dirty filter, open the new filter in my presence, ask if my wipers were okay - did I need another water. He checked the pressure in each tire, cleaned the windshield, and reminded me of the top-off visits I qualify for that accompany this service. The gentleman in the bay were respectful, and efficient- moving cars in and out expediently. I can't believe I ever stopped anywhere else to get an oil change! Luxury experience for a reasonable price. Customer for life.
John and his crew were friendly, timely and knowledgeable. I appreciated the efforts they made for me with regard to customer service. I took two vehicles in yesterday and they were very quick. From the start I was offered water to ensure my comfort as I waited. They were thorough in understanding what I wanted and professional with their recommendations for what was needed. I did not feel pressured for an up charge sale ploy like at other places similar to here. I was also pleasantly surprised that they offered a military veteran discount. Every penny saved is appreciated. Both my vehicles had their oil changed, some filters changed and windshield wipers on one. If you need an oil change and have 15 minutes, I would definitely recommend this location with Jon and his take five crew.
The staff is always courteous and friendly. They Offer everyone a bottle of water. What I really love is their honesty. If you don’t need a service, they will let you know you don’t need it and then let you know when you should come back. I also love that they check my fluids and my tires. Makes me feel just a little safer on the road. Thank you Take 5 , for the excellent service!
