The manager was very competent… I really appreciated that he gave me accurate information in a comfortable manner that was respectful of my intelligence and did not disregard me due to being a female. I understood everything that was going on with my vehicle and the team seem to work together in a very comfortable, positive, cooperative manner, which I really appreciated as a show of professionalism and great customer service! I felt very comfortable and was assured I understood what was going on with my vehicle and got a well needed coolant flush, and refill while I was there. I left feeling more confident with the soundness of my vehicle and knew that all of my fluid levels were topped off and my air pressure was accurately recalibrated and now I know how many pounds of pressure are supposed to be in my specific tires because he explained it to me and provided the information in an easy-going and easy to understand way. As a person who has evening Appointments, it was additionally very helpful to me that they were open literally until 8 PM, allowing me to get my needs met after hours that other people are closed by. Great experience! Keep up the excellent work!
This was more like a spa experience than an oil change lol. I drove right up to the back of the building and a lovely young lady was there with a free bottle of cold water. She was fast and efficient at getting me into a bay. I never had to leave my car! A very nice young man then checked every filter my car has in it. I was able to watch the whole process as they filled all the fluids, and checked my windshield wiper blades too. Literally, every person that worked at all the oil bays were smiling, polite, understanding and kind. I also went online and found a really good coupon.
I’m never on this side of town. But needed my oil changed. This place is wonderful. The staff are super friendly and informative. Talks you through the whole thing. Making sure you know what’s going on. They were fast and efficient. I will definitely be using them for my oil change services.
