So friendly! We were in and out in less than 10 minutes. They changed the oil, topped off fluids, checked tire pressure, cleaned the windshield, and gave us bottled water... plus they had a special discount this weekend...
I have used this service several times. They always impress me with their customer service. It’s obvious that this company commits energy and time to train and sharpen the customer service skills of young people. Dean and his staff make sure a customer is satisfied with their service. Chris was super attentive and kept us informed of every aspect of the needs of my car and the options available. I am appreciative of the customer experience and the opportunity these young people have to learn these skills which are so necessary in business. Skills that are adaptive to any type of business that works with the public.
